Our office hours are 9am – 5pm Mon – Fri PST (excluding holidays). Please keep this in mind when you are expecting a response. We respond to all email requests within 24 hours of receipt.
Cancellation Policy ~ Can I Cancel My Order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.
Return Policy
Returns on clothing, shoes, jewelry & accessories WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE for a STORE CREDIT. We do not offer exchanges or refunds!
All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines.
Store credits will be issued to your OHB Account for your returned item(s) once they are received at our shop. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received at our shop. The OHB does not credit original shipping charges. Discount codes will not be eligible on purchases including a store credit.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be returned in NEW condition. This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains in order to be eligible for store credit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please email orders@theoasishiveboutique.com for assistance before returning.
