Shipping policy

Our office hours are 9am – 5pm Mon – Fri PST (excluding holidays). Please keep this in mind when you are expecting a response. If you would like to shop the shed please let me know and we will set a time!

Once retail orders are placed, the items will be shipped in 24-48 unless otherwise notified. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to me at oasishive@gmail.com and I will make arrangements to rush your items. Orders placed after 5PM EST on Friday's will be processed Monday.

If an order is shipped from The OHB to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. The Oasis Hive Boutique WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. The Oasis Hive Boutique WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Once a package is shipped from our shop, it is out of our hands if a package is lost. The Oasis Hive Boutique will not be held responsible. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS.
All packages sent out have GPS tracking information embedded in the barcode.

If an item states "delivered" but you did not receive you will need to contact your local post office in the event that they mistakenly stated the package as delivered, but still have it in their possession. If the package does not turn up with those steps, we must allow 15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for the package to show up. If it does not turn up within this time frame, we ask that you email oasishive@gmail.com for further steps.
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, The Oasis Hive Boutique IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.

If item arrives damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item within 3 business days of receipt to oasishive@gmail.com. We will assist further. A photo must be sent prior to returning to ensure a replacement item be sent out, otherwise store credit will be issued.
You will be notified immediately if an item is on back order or any other means of being delayed and given an ETA on when you will receive it.
If an item becomes discontinued while on back order, you will receive an immediate refund.  

If you are ordering a PRE-ORDER item, it will state the estimated time of arrival on our website or group. Sometimes our vendors give us an estimated date & the items get delayed. If this happens we will reach out to you immediately to give you an updated ETA on the items arrival.
